The developer of Deep Leadership, founder of Deep Lead Oy, Vesa Nissinen (PhD, Professor of practice, Colonel (ret.)), will explain how the model emerged from decades of research and what kinds of results organizations have achieved with it.

Supporting Leadership Digitally

Niko Leppänen (M.Ed.), Head of Digital Services at Deep Lead Oy, will demonstrate how the virtual coach within Deep Lead Academy supports and coaches’ leaders regardless of time and place. The demo will illustrate how an AI-based coach enables continuous, individualized support and learning in everyday leadership situations.
